We ordered several sealed units from Ideal to replace those from our original double glazing installation (by a different contractor) which had failed after 25 years or more! The work was carried out expertly and efficiently by two very friendly and courteous fitters, Mike and Jimmy, and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Ideal Windows replaced some of my double glazed windows last year and although there were a few delays due to covid restrictions, Victoria, in the office kept me informed at every stage. The fitters were excellent, very tidy and no damage to surrounding plaster. I would definitely recommend them, I love my new windows 100% happy.

We had two windows replaced upstairs which are great. The two fitters, Lee and Jamie were fantastic and are a real credit to your company. They work hard and were polite and friendly. Fantastic product, fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

Delighted with our new windows. Needed them doing asap and Gary worked hard to squeeze us in. Couldn’t fault fitters Jamie and Lee. We had 7 windows replaced by Ideal Window Systems this week. Can't fault the service, the fitters worked hard and were polite and friendly, and all at a competitive price. I would 100% recommend.

Fitted a set of French windows in our bedroom and 2 windows in our bathroom. The fitters John , Jordan and Colin never stopped working, the were clean and tidy and even Fitted a balcony for us while the scaffold was up, took all the rubbish away and even washed the drive down after the job was complete. . Ideal windows gave me a quote in the region I was expecting for a new door and 2 windows, they arrived when they said they would, installed the door and windows without any fuss or problems. When the door developed a problem, they came out promptly and fixed it. I would use this company again without any hesitation.

I had two misted pieces of glass replaced in my bedroom window. The guys were really professional and efficient. I will use them every time I need my windows replacing and would definitely recommend them!

Had the full front of my home done last month, the sliding sash windows Gary suggested really keep the home looking traditional. John was a splendid fella and did a really good job.

Thank you so much for my two new doors. Installation was quick and exceptionally tidy and we’re delighted with the results. I’d highly recommend Ideal Window Systems, couldn’t fault them from start to finish.

Ideal helped us at short notice remove our front room window so that we could get our sofa in (very embarrassing I know). The lads worked quickly and efficiently and even helped us get the sofa in. Highly recommended!

Can highly recommend ideal windows we’ve just had a lovely composite door and four sets of windows installed the quality is excellent and we are very very pleased with the workmanship and the installation was superb.

Ideal replaced two upstairs windows for me. No pressure selling, what a relief. The windows are excellent quality, and the brickwork which had to be redone in order to put in lintels looks great. I'm very pleased and would use Ideal Windows again.

Always had a problem with mould around the Bathroom window when the installation guy came and after he removed the old window he called us upstairs to show us why it was always going Mouldy it was fitted to the outside brick work . #relievedhomeowner 18 month's on not a single stain inside or out.

Have used ideal before and they were absolutely brilliant ..just had a new window and surround in an attic ..fantastic job .. reliable, polite and professional would not go anywhere else ...thank you so much Gary and your team

The fitters were polite, tidied well and kept as much of the original wood features as possible, resulting in an attractive window, very much in keeping with the type of house. Would use again.

New window in our 1930's house is really warm and stylish. We had several quotes before finding Gary and team and none of them could show us a design that replicated the original pretty windows and french door. Gary came up with the best design ideas and his team were excellent in carrying out the work.
