How do I accept my quotation?

You can call us on 0161 969 3232 or email us at Once you have instructed us to do the work, we will book you in for a survey to complete the correct measure for the order. It is with the surveyor that you will complete your contract, finalise the details, and pay your deposit

How much is my deposit?

The deposit is 10% of the total price and is paid once the survey is completed and the contract is signed.

What to do on the day of installation?

Ensure there is space to work in front of the windows and there are clear walkways to the windows. If all curtains and blinds in front of the windows that are being fitted could be taken down. We also require access to power.

Will there be any mess?

Our installation teams aim to be as clean as possible, they will put down dust sheets and ground sheets to protect your carpets and flooring. They will sweep up and hoover once they have finished. We also remove all existing materials.

Do we use our own fitting teams?

Yes we do, we do not sub contract any of our work.

What happens if the weather is poor on the day of installation?

We will try our best to complete the work in any weather as long as health and safety isn’t compromised. The installer will make a decision when he arrives at your property, but it is very rare that we cannot complete an installation as arranged.

When do I pay my balance?

Your balance payment is due on the day of completion. You will be given a sheet containing your balance figure and our bank details to complete a bank transfer. You can alternatively pay by card over the phone by calling our office on 0161 969 3232.

What invoice and guarantee will I receive?

You will receive an invoice and guarantee from us in the post. If required you will also receive a Fensa certificate and an insurance backed guarantee. The invoice and guarantee should be with you within 3 weeks of us receiving your balance payment. Your Fensa certificate and insurance backed guarantee will arrive separately and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Your guarantee is for 10 years, for the installation and the materials (frames, doors, glass) and a 1 year industry standard guarantee on any moving parts.

Do you replace old double glazed units?

Yes we do. We can replace double and single-glazed panes.

We have a wide range of colours available. We have a full selection of colours to view in our office or alternately we can send you brochures of any products you would like to see
